Terms & Conditions
PHOTOGRAPHERS
- Only photographers who have a commission from a bona fide publication (print &/or digital) will be considered for accreditation. The accreditation form must be fully completed.
- The photographers will have to remain within the limits of the areas specified by the organizing committee. All accredited media must comply with the requests and instructions of the event organisers and stewards.
- It is mandatory to wear the bib vest (alternatively take it with you to be identified)
- For the prize ceremony, there will be a mandatory distance from the podium. Only the photo-manager will have the right to move freely.
- Use of drones is forbidden at all times.
- Submission of the accreditation form confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Accredited Media will be welcomed to the Press Room by the Press Office and will be provided with a “PRESS” jacket and a access bracelet which must be worn.
- During the competitions, it is strictly forbidden to circulate in the FEI areas (stables, Vet Gates) – placed under surveillance 24 hours a day.
WEB TV/RADIO/FILM CREWS (Including Cameramen)
- Anyone wishing to film or otherwise acquire moving pictures by any means available, must outline their production plan / synopsis to the Media Director prior to applying for accreditation.
- Filming may only take place in locations agreed by the O.C. All accredited media must comply with the requests and instructions of the event organisers and stewards.
- Any film or images are only to be used for the purposes agreed. Under no circumstances, any material may be used for any other commercial purposes, e.g. promotion or advertising, without specific consent in writing, which will only be granted on payment of (additional) fees to be agreed.

- Submission of the accreditation form confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
PRESS (journalists)
- All accredited media must comply with the requests and instructions of the event organisers and stewards.
- Accredited media accept all copyrights and intellectual property rights in respect of all materials, trademarks and content within the PRESS AREA. The use of the material is permitted only with the terms expressly authorized by sistemaeventi.it.
- It is forbidden any use of the collected material (texts, interviews, photos, videos and / or other) that is not strictly connected to the publication and / or production of material dedicated to the LONGINE FEI ENDURANCE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2021 – Pisa San Rossore – Italy.
- Accredited Media will be welcomed to the Press Room and will be provided with a “PRESS” jacket and a access bracelet which must be worn.
